Do any Spanish speakers know of a Video learning program to learn English? I have a friend who's Mom wants to learn English. They are from the Dominican Republic.
Can anyone give us some suggestions or advice???She is very in need of finding the suitable learning program.(as soon as possible).Give her some source of information to search or find???

Is she in the US or still in the Dominican Republic? If in the US, many adult continuing education courses are available for English as a Second Language. Check local collages, and community continuing education announcements for course dates, times and fees.

On Telemundo I see sets of "Learn English Videos in Spanish" advertised all the time. It's maybe $80 US and it has several VHS Casettes.
