Focused on the mission of HRD in developing value-added performers. The architecture defines the optimal sequence to achieve full competence in the specified role. Develop mechanisms for deployment of the learning system services and products.

Essential Knowledge: : Knowledgeable of state of the practice in Human Resource Development which includes learning technologies and industry practices. Knowledgeable in change management principles, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of vendors, products and services to support learning interventions. Knowledgeable of adult larning principles and instructional design. Understands how to create and measure changed behavior. Understands how to measure learning.

Essential Skills: Experience with HRD in complex organizations. Designs solutions for learning problems through entire life cycle phases: vision and strategy, architecture, development, integration and deployment. Conversant in reward and recognition systems, staffing and selction, communication, legal issue and management of human resources.

Education Required: BS/BA degree in associated discipline or the equivalent experience. Master Degree in one of the following: Human Resources, Human Resources Development, Adult Education, Instructional Technology, or Change Management

Organizational "Fit" Considerations: Work with virtual team members geographically dispersed, work with all levels of management and staff, work with Subject Matter Experts geographically dispersed, deal with ambiguity, travel as needed based on design teams
