Question:
It is a chilly, but beautifully sunny morning here in the NorthCountry. Gotta love frozen mud! Still lots of snow but bare ground patches everywhere. Ponds are still well frozen so no spring peepers for us just yet. Our noses are in the pond catalogs tho, planning the Koi pool and where to plant all the flowers we are envisioning!! My friend is tearing out cat cages down at the wooden human building..... which we will burn and then that will become storage for windows, doors, lumber and we can make the dinning hall go all the way and take out the storage room up there... Speaking of him, we all attended his graduation on Friday night from the Adult Learning Center in Canaan Vt. He had dropped out of high school, did some home schooling for awhile, then that petered out....but since he really wants to do a Vocational College in Computerized Automotives he decided to go see Ken who runs the Adult Tutorial program over in Vt. That was in January, He received his GED diploma Friday night with Cap and gown and Pomp and Circumstance playing in the back ground with all his family members in attendance.....
Arlene and the large poodle family, two obnoxious siamese cats and one geriatric retired greyhound in Northern NH.
That's something I remember about adult learning program...Anything to share????
Answer:
CONGRATULATIONS, Way to go! My grandson (the new father) did the same thing. Just didn't go to high school, then went to the Jr. College and aced each GED test. Now he's in the same school for HVAC (?.... heating, a.c. and ??).
Poor FLB......probably going to have a heart attack with all those Poos drooling over his cage.
I think I would really enjoy a chinchilla, but I will curb my enthusiasm-don't need to add any responsibility until after I get the surgery and do the recovery. I've always thought they were beautiful critters.
