Can anyone give me some suggestions??

Answer:
I am wondering if you are asking the difference between methods used when teaching adults and those used in a traditional school setting. If you are, I don't believe there are any differences in methodology, however content and style of presentation would probably be quite different.

Essentially the content has to be presented in a context and manner that will make sense to the learner, using prior knowledge to scaffold new information. This basic framework doesn't really vary, no matter the subject content or the student profile.

As for a "learning method", students, no matter their ages, will exhibit a range of learning strengths and preferences. A sensitive teacher will present information in a variety of ways so that learners can experience it through their preferred mode, while at the same time gaining exposure to additional or alternative learning strategies. Ideally, the student will begin to integrate and apply additional learning strategies, thus building not only content but acquisition skills as well.
