I am interested in persuing an adult degree in Virginia. Would like opinions on the following schools.
University of Virginia James Madison Univeristy Old Dominion University Mary Baldwin

The first three universities are state schools the fourth Mary Baldwinis a private college. UVA is one of the most selective and prestigiousuniversities in the world. In most quarters a degree from UVA ( and for thatmatter William and Mary College, also a VA state university) is consideredequivalent to that from an "Ivy League" school. JMU is a large, somewhatselective university that has grown considerably over the past few years.ODU another large school that is a bit less selective than JMU but has anumber of good programs. Mary Baldwin is a smallish, liberal arts, formerwomen's college that has been quite innovative in reaching out to newmarkets. The have been accused of "pushing the envelope" with some of theirprograms and if I remember correctly, they were on probation by theiraccreditor a few years ago. All this is off the top of my head, but I thinkit's pretty reliable.
