Question:
I am looking at doing a M.Div, M.Min, and or a D.Min. I recall that oneperson actually had a book that listed all the religious schools bydistance education. If anyone has any info please help. I would like theschool to be W.A.S.P. if possible.

Answer:
There are two self-published books that describe and evaluate religiousschools: Steve Levicoff's "Name It and Frame It" and Josh Walston's"Walston's Guide." Both are self-published, comprehensive, sincere -- andas different as can be, since the authors' views (even though both saythey are practicing Christians) are as different as can be. Both authorstake to task those many schools that say they are accredited but theaccreditation comes from unrecognized agencies. Levicoff calls them degreemills; Walston simply call them shameful. Anyone seriously considering areligious degree, especially by distance learning, might well wish to viewthem both.
